Delays

While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high demand. WRUSL is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

WRUSL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
